How do our Hydrotherapy sessions work?

We commence with an initial consultation involving health screening, medical and injury history. We will assess your movement, strength and posture on land and determine your physical needs and goals. Our qualified Exercise Physio’s usually provide 1 on 1 sessions within Hydrotherapy to maximise safety. If you have a severe disability, the Disability Support Worker will be assisting inside the pool.Our Hydrotherapy services are suitable for individuals of all ages, abilities and disabilities. Our Hydrotherapy sessions are conducted at Hydrofit Narellan, 2567, NSW. The indoor heated pool is 25m, with ladder entry and chair hoist access. The pool temperature is maintained at 33degrees, an optimal temperature for Hydrotherapy purposes, excellent for reducing pain and enhancing muscle flexibility and joint mobility.
