Massage Therapy is frequently used to warm up the muscles, increasing muscle temperature which makes it much easier to stretch, mobilise joints and then strengthen the muscles. Some of our other clients perform exercises and receive Massage Therapy at the end of their session to stimulate the blood circulation on their paralysed limbs.
